John is the principal and co founder of Vision Consulting Group. John has great satisfaction in working with new business launches and business turn- arounds. John’s career experience includes taxation and financial accounting and spans from multi national corporates, to partnering with small to medium businesses to improve their profitably. John’s assignments include financial and taxation accounting, organisational growth plans and marketing studies. John provides a strong business development skill set for the benefit of Vision’s clients.
Liz Wilson Van den Brink

Liz has recently joined Vision Consulting, after merging her accounting practice of 5 years with Vision. She enjoys getting to know her clients and to assist them with all aspects of the accounts - from day to day data entry, completion of annual accounts for management & tax purposes to tax planning & management. She works with clients to ensure that their in-house systems work efficiently and provides business advice.
Marion Henderson

Marion has been on the Vision team for the past six years and enjoys working with clients in the preparation of their annual accounts and tax compliance reports. Her extensive experience with a wide range of different types of businesses and people, combined with her skill with numbers and her friendly, understanding manner makes for a unique accounting personality and a valuable team member.
Jean Berry
Administration Manager

Jean has been keeping John and the team in line (or trying to!) as our Administration Manager, providing day-to-day office management and oversight of the financial and administration functions. She has been with Vision Consulting since 1996 and has seen the Company grow from small beginnings to its present size. Jean has accounting and economics papers and has had lots of practical experience in administration and economics, running a home with three teenagers!
